Be mindful of the true Powers of sex.
Sex is a sacred ritual of exchanging energies, thoughts, emotions ánd spirits. During sex you become a spiritual sponge for the consciousness and energy of that person.
Energy transfer is real. Be mindful who you lay with.
When a person enters you, or vice versa, what kind of energy and consciousness does this person have?
Is this person bitter, happy, does this person love him/ herself, does this person truly love you? Is this person a positive or negative thinker?
Is this person blessing you or cursing you?
Each pump and thrust is an affirmation.
Are they recharging, healing and refueling your spirit? Or draining your life force and energy?
Energy is contagious: eighter you affect people or you infect people.
Do not pollute your body absorbing the negative, empty and lust driven energy around you, eating away at yours. Darkening your soul.
We have been taught to ignore our senses and intuition and are structurally moved further and further from our mind of minds, forever becoming more disconnected. Losing ourselves more and more.
As such we try desperately, in vain, to fill an emptyness with superficial, shallow and meaningless sexual encounters, never measuring up to the void that is ever present and growing. This leads to frustrations and cloud the mind. Which then causes us to become more pro-active in our search for "temporary" affection (Read :Plain and simple shallow and lust driven sex). Regardless of how many bed partners one finds, the void will never be filled and drives us into a "feral" state leading us down a road of never ending disconnect perpetual perversity...
It is through mindfulness and meditation we become we find ourselves and become whole, and through practice and discipline we become part of a universal interconnectedness.
Why do we tend to avoid to be mindfull? To simply sit in silence with our thoughts? Why is it we try so hard to distract ourselves to the point of exhaustion?
The answer is simple: it is because we fear confrontation.
Confrontation of the thoughts , fears, emotions and insecurities which we hid away for so long, keeping us up at night, clouding our mind by the second.
