Professionally and competent, I work only with the most high quality nutritive base oils supplemented with the odors and qualities of essential oils which each have their specific targeted function.

During this treatment, various massage techniques are applied. Western massage techniques are applied with Asian massage techniques, such as Japanese acupressure techniques to ensure absolute harmony and relaxation, and to give extra attention to painful areas.

This intense treatment consists of a combination of Swedish, Thai and Chinese massage combined with Japanese acupressure, foot reflexology and an Indian head massage.

This signature treatment targets any and all physiological ailments and is customised to the clients needs by means of massage, cupping, acupuncture, chiropractic care, spinal adjustment and/or stretching and sound bowl frequency therapy.

A Moment of Zen

This softer treatment is a gentle massage that mainly uses smooth Swedish massage techniques, gliding strokes and activates meridians to help you relax. The massage therapist will move at a slower pace and use lighter pressure. During this treatment, the therapist won't push your limits in order to get the muscle to release. You might even fall asleep! It's a good choice for someone who is getting a massage for the first time, or someone who just wants to bring their stress level down.
Relaxation massage is also good for someone who gets massage as a special treat, every once in a while. With this treatment we aim to drift you into a deeply relaxed state!

Traditional Thai Massage

Having originated in Thailand this massage technique is inspired by Buddhist teachings. The actual massage consists of slow, rhythmic compressions, deep tissue massage techniques, activation of acupressure points and stretches along the body's energy lines, also known as 'Sen' in Thai.

Thai massage combines deep tissue massage techniques, acupressure, and Sen Shiatsu in combination with yoga-like stretching to relax the whole body on a deeper level and work on the individual's mobility and flexibility. Additionally, this deeper level of relaxation stimulates the blood flow and focuses on improving individual's personal outlook and their emotional status.
