The Watapana Wellness - Body Works method is a new system of physical exercises with the aim of improving human functioning and self-awareness through movement.
The goal: to work RESPONSIBLY on body and mind to achieve optimal balance both mentally and physically, to create peace in the mind and heart and to give these tools to implement in daily life.

Body Works Programme: 60min:
- Welcome & changing: 5min
- Warm-up: 5 minutes
- Bootcamp: Strengthen core, arms, shoulders, hips, legs 15min
- Flexibility & Mobility: 15min
- Alexander Technique & Feldenkrais: 10min
- Meditation and Controlled Breathing. 10min
- Breathing, Body Awareness & Grounding
- Changing & goodbyes: 5min
Upon arrival you will be welcomed and offered a bevarage and the time to change and get comfortable. Once stettled in we start warming up the muscle groups to be able to work smoothly and responsibly.
Boat Camp; a High intensity full body workout with the aim of strengthening the Core, arms, neck, shoulders, back, buttocks, hips and legs!!
Flexibility & Mobility; Stretching and stretching the muscle groups used to promote blood circulation and prevent overload. Mobility Optimize your personal flexibility and mobility.
Posture correction; - Alexander Technique. In this part, we will work on correcting and improving our posture using the Alexander Technique to reduce current posture-related complications and prevent them in the future. **
Breathing, Body Awareness & Grounding; By meditating you learn to better understand your thinking patterns. It will not free you from all your problems, but by experiencing how you create your fear and uneasiness, you will learn to control your thoughts and its compelling grip can be loosened. You may find that the openness of your mind is infinitely closer to you than your mindset. In this openness you can relax, unwind and gain new energy. Your heart has room. This is invaluable. Not just for yourself, but for everyone around you.
Zen is sitting on a meditation cushion or lying on a yoga mat, whatever feels comfortable to you. We get to know the mind and train ourselves to stop being captivated by thoughts and emotions. Zen is a way of life, a way of contemplating life and acting from that contemplation. Zen is a lifelong exercise in liberated living.
